Amphibious electric pumps with built-in mechanical stirrer, made of alloys with a high chromium content, high resistance to mechanical corrosion. Suitable for stirring and pumping thick mixtures of mud, cement-bentonite, steel processing residues, tar, oils, gravel pumping, subsea projects and in general where the pumping of corrosive fluids is necessary.
General characteristics – Construction materials
Semi-open type impeller. Adjustable wear plate (VH10 to VH30 models have two wear plates).
Mechanical seals of high resistance to mechanical stress.
Pumping thick mixtures with solids content up to 60% by weight.
Maximum pumped fluid temperature 40°C (in special version up to 80°C). pH of pumped fluid from 4 to 9.5. Maximum operating depth 20 m.
Electric motors, three-phase or four-pole, protection degree IP-68 and insulation class H.
Ability to operate the pump in external, underwater or partially submerged installation.
All pumps are offered with S filter or F connection flange.
